All of these prisoners have been called inhuman monsters. One of them actually is.

Enter a dark and depraved action/adventure game, where you take on the role of a convicted criminal trying to escape from McElroy Federal Penitentiary (MAC). A chest-bursting infection has inflicted at least one of the inmates, and the guards have abandoned the zoo to the animals. What's worse, the infected walk and talk just like you do, and they intend the spread their infection to the whole world! Before you can escape, you must use process of elimination to figure out who's not quite human, and kill them before they kill you. Choose between various characters, each with their own stunning histories, and shocking end stories. Talk to inmates to learn more about your character, or fight them to the death. Find drug tests to reveal who's who, and make sure you keep a few shanks handy to defend yourself when the alien tentacles reveal themselves... Choose from a cast of ten characters, each with their own reason for being in prison, and their own goals for getting out! Search the prison for shanks (crudely-fashioned knives) to really get the blood flowing! Drug-test inmates, and feel your heart race as you wait to see if he's OK... or if tentacles will burst from his chest! New "modes" become available each time you finish the game with a new character, introducing whole new ways to play (including one mode where you are the Infected!)
